Magna Cre Mito-Matrix™ (MCMM): Exclusive time-staged creatines

2. How long will it take for CARNO CRE™ to work?

Yes. To lift weights your muscles must produce torque by contracting. When we speak of “muscle force” we are often referring to the tendency of muscle contraction to cause joint rotation.
