I just ordered a month’s supply of HEMOGEX. I work out in the morning about an hour after I wake up. Can I take Hemogex upon awakening at 6:00 AM and then workout at 7:00 and still benefit from it? Also, can if I drink a protein shake at 6:50 will that hinder HEMOGEX’S effectiveness? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Yes, taking Hemogex upon wakening and then working out an hour later is the most beneficial protocol. As long as you are taking Hemogex AT LEAST 30 minutes PRIOR to a meal (including protein shakes) you will not hinder its effectiveness.
How and when should I take Hemogex?
GH levels are increased while you are sleeping and while you are training. The best times to take Hemogex is 30 minutes prior to resistance training (on an empty stomach) and before bed.
Hemogex is stored in a refrigerated enviornment at our location and is shipped via USPS, which will take two days for most locations. This product cannot be shipped internationally.
