Just my opinion, but this tastes like sh*t and it was extremely hard for me to put it down. I tired it with water, milk, chocolate milk, and even in an ice cream shake. it has a horrible consistency even when blended well. It was even hard for me to see the results since i was so focused on trying to tolerate its horrible taste. Since trying this product i have used muscle milk and bsn true mass and they are way better tasting, more tolerable and show better results.
