Ok..looks like this product is getting slammed in some of the forums, mostly ignorant remarks from people that are still sucking on breastmilk all day....
The product is HARDCORE, the dosages PER CAPSULES are VERY LOW and you SHOULD NOT EXCEED 3 Caps per day.
The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day if you're in the 150-220 Lbs range, if you're over 220..you can consider taking 3 caps a day.
1 Capsule in the AM. 1 Capsule MIDDAY or after a PM workout. The third capsule can be taken prior to bed.
