this is def one of the best tasting products ive ever tasted. the chocolate tastes as good as nesquick. as far as the protein goes, it WORKS. i get sufficient gains with it compared to other protein powders. i can feel my body absorbing it right away AND later. muscles recover a lot quicker too! this is no bs. great taste great results and easy to get down. mixes easily. best protein ever. strongly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good protein shake.
