Directions
Take 1 capsule twice a day for up to 4 weeks. DO NOT exceed 2 capsules in a 24 hour period. DO NOT exceed 4 weeks of continuous use without a 4 week off cycle from the use of the supplement. DO NOT abuse this supplement. DO NOT consume alcoholic beverages with this supplement.
