backordered, we will contact you to either arrange for a different product, put
your item on hold or issue an immediate refund.
We will not intentionally sell to any minor and you have to be 18 Years or older to complete the order. By submitting the order through our website, you legally accepting our ordering policy and that you are 18 years or older.

Adressing Errors
If your order was placed with an incorrect address due to customer error and your package will
have to be re-routed after leaving our location, we will charge an additional $10 fee before any
address correction can be made.
Shipping Labels are generated directly from the information provided by the customer.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct, since our Shipping company charges us a
$10 fee for any address corrections.
Military APF/FPO Info
We ship many packages to APO/FPO every week. Please choose the USPS Priority Mail Option
when placing your order, since all APO/FPO addresses are treated the same as domestic.
SupplementKingdom.com will not be held responsible for and lost, delayed or damaged
shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Information
UPS Tracking information will be made available to each customer once a tracking number is generated. You can track your order at our website.
USPS tracking information will be made available to all customers and can be tracked at our website. Please note that USPS tracking info might not show any new updates until it reaches a regional hub near the destination. There is no need for concern if your tracking info does not update for several days.
Product Information

All Drink Sales are Final.
Due to the Heavy Weight and Shipping Costs, No Returns Will Be Accepted for Drinks.
Also, orders containing drinks (RTD's, 12 and 24 bottle cases, etc.) must be shipped to a physical address. We prefer to ship drinks via UPS.
Backorders
Usually backorders are caused by Manufacturer production/shipping delays.
We will contact you if a product is on backorder and make additional arrangements with you.
Incorrect Product Shipments
If you receive an incorrect product with your shipment, please contact us at once to correct your order as quickly as possible. Please do not open the product or it will void your right to return it.
Returns
You must call us during our normal business hours for a return authorization and instructions from one of our customer service representatives prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. We do not allow any nutrition bars or Drink orders to be returned for credit. A return authorization must be given or we may refuse the package.
Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.
